pkiuck Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkiuck ("pkiuck", "we", "us", "the platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the pkiuck website at https://pkiuck.com, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, Progressive Web App interfaces, and any other service or product offered under the pkiuck brand.

By creating a pkiuck account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the pkiuck platform, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and fully understood these Terms; (b) you agree to be bound by these Terms without reservation; (c) you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2; and (d) all information you have provided to pkiuck during registration is truthful, accurate, and current.

pkiuck reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pkiuck will post a notice on the platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of pkiuck following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated or summarised version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

To register and use pkiuck, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pkiuck is strictly an adults-only platform. Players who are found to be under 18 will have their accounts immediately closed, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned to the originating payment method.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on the pkiuck platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity under the laws of your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement and engage in online gambling activities.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of pkiuck or any of its software providers, payment partners, or affiliated entities.

pkiuck employs age verification procedures at registration and may request supporting documentation (such as a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate) to confirm a player's age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification.

To access pkiuck's betting and gaming services, you must complete the registration process and create a single personal account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one active pkiuck account. Registering multiple accounts — under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete and accurate information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkiuck username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. pkiuck will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared your credentials or failed to maintain adequate password security.
• KYC Verification: pkiuck may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. You agree to provide any documentation requested for KYC purposes, including a national identity card (NID), passport, or utility bill.
• Account Inactivity: An account that has had no login activity for a consecutive period of 12 months is considered dormant. pkiuck may charge a dormancy administration fee of ৳100 per month on dormant accounts with a positive balance. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

pkiuck reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for the refusal.

All financial transactions on pkiuck are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pkiuck supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

• bKash — Mobile financial service (MFS)
• Nagad — Bangladesh Post Office digital financial service
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking
• Upay — United Commercial Bank MFS

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are typically credited to your pkiuck account balance within a few minutes of a successful transaction confirmation from your payment provider. pkiuck does not charge any fee on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own standard transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed within an average of one hour of request submission, subject to KYC verification and fraud screening. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in line with anti-money-laundering best practices. pkiuck reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, any active bonus funds must have satisfied their applicable wagering requirements. Real-money funds that are not associated with a bonus are always withdrawable, subject to identity verification. pkiuck does not place withdrawal limits on verified accounts in good standing.

pkiuck offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. The following general rules apply to all pkiuck bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement, which is the total amount you must bet before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. The wagering requirement applicable to each specific bonus is stated clearly in that promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements are calculated on bonus funds only, not on real-money deposits, unless the promotion is a combined deposit match.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). The specific contribution rates for each bonus are listed in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the stated validity period (typically 7–30 days from the date of issue, as specified in the individual promotion) will be automatically forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Attempting to activate multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in one or more bonuses being voided.
• Abuse and Fraud: pkiuck reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, hedging bets to exploit bonus terms, or coordinating with other players to generate artificial wagering volume.
• pkiuck's Discretion: pkiuck reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated with reasonable advance notice where possible.

Seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and Victory Day carry their own individual terms, which are published on the platform at the time of the promotion launch.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the pkiuck platform, including the cricket sportsbook, live casino, slots, and crash games:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by pkiuck. pkiuck reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion, including for reasons of irregular betting patterns, stake size, or market suspension. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit acceptance confirmation from the platform.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void if the event is cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable settlement window, or if an obvious pricing error is identified. Void bets are settled by returning the original stake to your account balance.
• Live Betting: In-play bets are subject to brief delay periods to prevent exploitation of live data advantages. pkiuck's live cricket markets update on a ball-by-ball basis. Bets placed during a delay period may be accepted or declined depending on market conditions at the point of confirmation.
• Settlement: Sports bets are settled based on official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board, the ICC, or FIFA). pkiuck will use commercially reasonable efforts to settle markets promptly after official results are confirmed.
• Casino and RNG Games: All slot, live casino, and crash game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software provided by Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. The results of these games are final and cannot be reversed except in cases of documented technical malfunction.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the integrity of a game or bet, pkiuck reserves the right to void the affected bet or round and return all stakes to players. pkiuck's decision in such matters is final.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and games. These limits are displayed within the platform interface and may vary by market, game, and account tier.

As a registered pkiuck player, you agree to the following obligations on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You will only use pkiuck for personal, recreational betting and gaming purposes, and not for commercial purposes or on behalf of any third party.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or reproduce any part of the pkiuck platform, including its software, data feeds, pricing models, or user interface.
• You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets, access account data, or interact with the platform in any automated manner.
• You will not engage in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion with other players, bookmakers, or match participants to influence the outcome of events on which pkiuck offers betting markets.
• You will not use your pkiuck account to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity. pkiuck complies with all applicable anti-money-laundering frameworks and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where required.
• You will keep your account contact information (email address and mobile number) current and accurate at all times so that pkiuck can communicate important account and platform notifications to you.
• You will not post, transmit, or otherwise communicate any abusive, harassing, defamatory, or illegal content through any communication channel associated with the pkiuck platform.

Breach of any of the above user obligations constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

Suspension by pkiuck: pkiuck may suspend or close your account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably believes that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) you have provided false or misleading registration information; (c) your account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes; (d) you are under the age of 18; or (e) a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requires account closure.

Where an account is suspended due to suspected fraud or breach of Terms, pkiuck reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that a breach occurred, pkiuck may forfeit the balance. If no breach is found, the balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method.

Voluntary Closure by the Player: You may request to close your pkiuck account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, you should withdraw any available real-money balance. Real-money balances remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to standard KYC and anti-money-laundering checks.

Self-Exclusion: If you feel that your gambling is becoming a problem, pkiuck strongly encourages you to use the self-exclusion feature available in your account dashboard. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your account, make deposits, or place bets. pkiuck will take reasonable technical steps to prevent self-excluded players from opening new accounts under the same identity.
